His expertise in developing innovative solutions and fostering partnerships will be pivotal in driving Seffy Grove’s mission of becoming a leader in sustainable macadamia farming and community-focused agribusiness.

Yemane W. Gebru – General Manager

Our General Manager has 15 years of senior management experience, overseeing and implementing investments across diverse sectors, including construction, commercial real estate, and logistics, in four East African countries.

His broad expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and investment management brings invaluable leadership to Seffy Grove. With a proven track record of driving growth and innovation, he is instrumental in advancing Seffy Grove’s vision for sustainable agriculture and community-driven development.

Saladin Muhukya – Estate Manager

Our Estate Manager brings over 20 years of agricultural expertise to Seffy Grove. Having risen through the ranks to become Estate Manager of a 600-hectare tea plantation employing over 800 workers, he possesses extensive experience in large-scale farm operations, workforce management, and sustainable agriculture.

A native of our region, his deep understanding of local farming conditions and community needs is invaluable in advancing Seffy Grove’s mission of excellence and impact in the Albertine Rift Valley.

Dawit Elais – Finance Manager

The Finance Manager at Seffy Grove brings over 20 years of professional experience, having worked in four East African countries across a variety of sectors. Highly skilled in utilizing various accounting software, they adapt seamlessly to new environments and systems, ensuring efficient financial management.

With extensive knowledge of accounting and finance practices specific to East Africa, his expertise is deeply rooted in decades of diverse exposure and experience. A hallmark of their professional approach is a high level of integrity, ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial operations at Seffy Grove.

Betty Kayenga – Lead Accountant

With experience at a multinational construction equipment firm and a large-scale grain exporter, our Lead Accountant brings expertise in finance and agricultural exports.

As a woman in leadership, she reflects Seffy Grove’s commitment to empowering women while ensuring financial precision and supporting sustainable growth.

Scovia Katwesige – Farm Accountant

Our Farm Accountant, a dedicated professional from the local area, has been an integral part of Seffy Grove for the past two years. Her unwavering commitment to honesty, precision, and attention to detail ensures the smooth management of our financial operations.
